Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using FamilyVisa.ae (the "Website"), interacting with us via WhatsApp, or utilizing our services, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of Service & Disclaimer of Guarantees
FamilyVisa.ae provides online typing, application compilation, and submission assistance for UAE visas. We act strictly as an intermediary typing agency handling the application process on your behalf through official government channels (e.g., GDRFA, ICP). Visa issuance, security clearances, and processing times are entirely at the discretion of the UAE government. We have zero authority or influence over the final decision and make no guarantees of application approval.
2. Document Authenticity & Client Responsibilities
When utilizing our services, you acknowledge and strictly agree to the following:
- Authenticity: All documents you share with us (including passports, IDs, certificates, and tenancy contracts) must be 100% authentic, genuine, and legally valid.
- Data Verification: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all draft applications typed by our team. We are not liable for typographical errors, rejections, or fines resulting from incorrect information once you have authorized the submission.
- Misrepresentation: We hold no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any misrepresentation, falsification, concealment of facts, or forgery of documents provided by you.
- Immigration Fines & Overstays: You are solely responsible for tracking your own visa validity. We are not liable for any overstay fines, absconding charges, deportation costs, or legal consequences arising from expired visas or delayed applications.
3. Authorized Payment Methods & Security
To ensure the security of your transactions and protect against fraud, we strictly mandate the following payment procedures:
- Online & Electronic Payments: We officially accept payments via our secure generated payment links, direct bank transfers to the official 800 DOCS LLC SOC corporate bank account, and physical point-of-sale (POS) card machines.
- Cash Policy: Cash payments are strictly permitted only when made in person at our official physical office.
- Disclaimer of Unauthorized Payments: We explicitly disclaim any responsibility or liability for cash payments made outside of our office premises, or payments handed to any external individuals, third parties, or unofficial agents claiming to represent us. Any payment made outside of our officially authorized channels is done entirely at your own risk.
4. Fees, Rejections, and Strict Refund Policy
Our total billed amount includes both official UAE Government fees and our service/typing charges. Please carefully review our strict policy regarding rejections, cancellations, and refunds:
- Government Fee Refunds: In the event of an application rejection or cancellation by the government, whatever exact refund amount we successfully receive back from the government authorities will be refunded to you. If the government does not issue a refund, no refund can be provided by us.
- Refund Service Charge: To process any eligible refunds back to your original payment method or bank account, a refund processing fee/administrative charge will be applicable and deducted from the total refunded amount.
- Service Fees: Our initial typing, consultation, and processing service fees are strictly non-refundable once our team has initiated work on your application, regardless of the final application outcome.
- Payment Disputes: Any malicious chargebacks or unjustified payment disputes filed with your bank after services have been rendered will be legally contested, and we reserve the right to report such actions to relevant UAE authorities.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 800 DOCS LLC SOC, FamilyVisa.ae, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or immigration fines arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of fraudulent, forged, or inaccurate documents.
6. Force Majeure & Processing Delays
