Yes, absolutely. Golden Visa holders have the exclusive privilege of sponsoring their parents for a full 10-year residency term. This is a significant advantage over standard residency visas, which typically only allow for 1-year renewable visas for parents.
No, it does not. One of the primary benefits of the Golden Visa is the exemption from the standard 6-month rule. Your 10-year visa remains fully valid even if you stay outside the United Arab Emirates for more than six consecutive months.
Yes. Off-plan properties are accepted provided you hold the Oqood certificate from the Dubai Land Department. Mortgaged properties are also accepted, but you will need to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or an official hold letter from your financing bank. In all cases, your total investment share must meet the AED 2 Million threshold.
It depends on your category. If you are applying as a Property Owner, Company Owner, or through a Fixed Deposit, you do not need UAE employment. However, if you are applying under the "Manager/Executive" or "Specialized Talent" category, you must have a valid UAE employment contract with a basic salary of at least AED 30,000 per month.
